Boomerang provides fitness programmes for all ages from Cheerleading to the more sedate Tea Dance for the older person. One of the ways to keep the blues at bay and make sure your mind and body stay healthy and happy is moderate exercise. This can make a significant difference to moods; makes you feel more energetic and has the benefit of boosting confidence by making you look fit and toned. |

| Exercise to Music (over 50s) |

An exercise class aimed at people who are looking to improve their general health and wellbeing. The instructor will guide and motivate you through specially choreographed low impact moves combined with gentle conditioning exercises. It is a great way to improve your energy levels. |

Tea Dance For the older person the Tea Dance provides an opportunity to have an afternoon where they can interact with each other in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. They can have a dance or two and enjoy tea and biscuits while listening to songs associated with days gone by. Foxtrots, Quicksteps, Cha Chas' and many more….. help to keep the mind and body active whilst having fun.

Experience the benefits of relaxation, increased energy flow, improved balance and co-ordination as you are led through these easily learnt exercises. With the practice of tai chi the student becomes revitalised, relaxed, tolerant, self-confident and stronger and healthier in both mind and body. |
