Funded through the Provident Good Neighbourhood Fund we run a variety of courses for all, from basic keyboard skills to the European Computer Driving Licence,Most of our courses are FREE (with an ILA Learning Account) and learners achieve accredited qualifications working at their own pace, in a classroom or even from their own homes.

We have many courses both flexible and fixed to suit each learner. As an accredited British Computer Society and Learndirect training centre we offer quality learning through our qualified and experienced instructors at a time to suit you.

The centre provides learning opportunities in a friendly and relaxed environment with tutor support, where learners choose the style and pace of learning to suit their needs.The learning centre caters for students of all abilities and offers a range of 19 certificated courses.

Friday morning comes roon fest

See that's the morning o meh computer class

Well em supposed tae start at half 9

But me, well em a footterer, and never get there on time.

Carlyn meh teacher, always greets me well

She never wears a scowl,

at least ehf never seen it on her dell

She should really get a pay rise, for putting up wee me

As eh must be the thickest pupil she's ever had tae see

But patience is a virtue, at least that's what they say

Poor Carlyn is tested every Friday with me (MAY)

But we are a happy bunch, there's all of us you see

Carlyn, Neil, Sarah, Linda and well me

Oh oor Freend Sarah we that o so infectious laff

It only takes a squeak fae Neil, to really set her aff

And oor Linda likes to make a point we rollin in her chair

But folks wid say she's a rare wee sowl and eh wid say that's fair

But let me tell you something

And this fae the heart
