We provide fitness programmes for all ages, this has given us a more flexible and consistent approach to the development of fitness levels within the community both within Boomerang and outreach into local sheltered complexes. High and Low impact Aerobics, chair aerobics, Tai Chi and weekly tea dances are just some of the fitness instruction available at Boomerang.

 

Boomerang outreach into the community through a number of activities within local sheltered complexes. Chair aerobics exercise is one of the activities provided through the project. The physical activity doing chair aerobics is beneficial for elderly people to assist in both physical and mental wellbeing.
